0.0 Brut IPA - 7% ABV, IBU “L0.0W”
When you think low IBU you don’t typically think IPA but we are here to change your mind. 0.0 Brut IPA is a light refreshing “Brut” style IPA with loads of flavor and aroma while maintaining the low IBU. We started with a base of Pilsen and flaked corn, then artfully blended Galaxy, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc hops in the boil. Once fermentation was almost complete we added the enzyme alpha-amylase to break down the remaining sugars bringing us all the way to zero Plato. This is what lends the dry and crisp nature of this citrusy delight! To top it all off we dry hopped with a massive amount of the same carefully chosen hops from the end of boil, and what you get is all the beautiful flavor and aroma of the hops without any of the bitterness making this new style beer easy on the palate.
2nd Time Around IIPA - 9.1% ABV, 101 IBU
Sometimes it takes twice to get something just right. As with all things recipe related often a little tweaking is necessary to get things the way you want. The original incarnation of this beer was great, but not quite what the brewer wanted! So….a little bit of this, a little less of that and VOILA! 2nd Time Around is here! A simple base of 2 row malt and Victory malt create the base for this recipe which is all about the hops. Old school all the way with Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe. This beer is big, bold and yet surprisingly balanced. Have one and we are pretty sure you’ll be back for a 2nd Time Around! Drink Responsibly
Another F’ing Raspberry Hef - 5.1% ABV, 18 IBU
Gold Medal winner at the 2017 Washington State Beer Awards in the Fruit Wheat Beer category! This American style Hef has just the right amount of hops and real raspberry puree. Not too bitter and not too sweet, it is refreshing and summery.
Atlantic Wave - East Coast Style IPA - 6.6% ABV, 58 IBU
This hazy brew is our homage to our brother and sister brewers on the “Other Coast“ who have artfully carved out their niche in the vast seascape of IPA’s. Our version blends Pale Malt, C60, Wheat, Oats, just a kiss of Munich and Honey malt, with late additions and a dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. The mouth feel is delicate and silky with a juicy taste of tropical fruits and just a hint of bitterness to finish things off. This is a smooth easy drinking IPA that goes down quick, but like we say at the beach, “never turn your back on the ocean“, at 6.6% ABV this beer can definitely catch you off guard and wash you away! So, be safe, drink up and like they say on the East coat… Cheers!
Bava What? - 5.2% ABV, 12 IBU
BavaWhat? Is a Bavarian Dunkles Kristalweizen. Long name, delicious beer! Filled with all the things you would expect from a German Wheat Beer. The yeast imparts phenols (clove smell) and esters (banana smell) that balance perfectly to create a delicate bouquet. White Wheat, Pils Malt, Munich Dark Malt, and Vienna Malts create a dark color that is deceptively light on the palate. Undertones of caramel and bread crust flavors may also be experienced. Balanced, gentle, and tasty, we think Bava What? may just be your new seasonal go to brew! Prost!
Blackberry Cream Ale - 5.3% ABV, 15 IBU
Just in time for the warm days of summer comes this cool, refreshing, Blackberry Cream Ale. Brewed with Pale, C-15, Oats and a touch of Flaked Corn along with an early addition of Willamette Hops to add just the right amount of balance it was then finished off with 84 lbs. of Blackberry puree from Oregon Fruit products! Summer is here, so grab a pint and enjoy!!
Cape D. IPA - 6.9% ABV, 58 IBU
Cape D was our first IPA and still a favorite among many. It can be described as a straightforward West Coast IPA that has the ability to please hop heads and those looking for a balanced, lighter IPA. On the nose are notes of grapefruit and citrus coming from a generous double dry hop, while the malt body creates the canvas for the hops to play. The name is our homage to Cape Disappointment just up the road from the brewery.
Eire go Brach Nitro Dry Irish Stout - 4.6% ABV, 36 IBU

Fresh and Wilder! - 4.9% ABV, 12 IBU
Once a year there comes both an exciting and an unpredictable time I the life of a brewery: it’s called Fresh hop season! Hops are pulled directly from the drying floor without any form of processing and added to a boil kettle of wort…what results is both exciting and as stated above, unpredictable! This year North Jetty combined one of our popular pale ale recipes with 150 lbs of Idaho 7 fresh hops to create Fresh and Wilder! A base of 2 row, C-15, Rye and Honey malt join perfectly with the Idaho 7’s to create an easy drinking ale. Idaho 7 hops are big on tropical aromas and citrus (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, and papaya). These aromas paired with the typical fresh hop funk combine to create a fun beer only brewed once a year. Drink up and enjoy!

A delicate blend of roasted and caramel malts creates a soft palate feel with just enough hops to create balance. LBR is lighter than a typical Scottish Style ale, which lends to its drinkability and popularity.
Lost Jetty Soursop Saison - 6.3% ABV, 21 IBU
Take a trip on the tropical side with this delicious spring Saison. Brewed with our friends from Lost Grove Brewing in Boise, ID. Filled with notes of pineapple, strawberry, tangerine, passionfruit and lemongrass that can not only be smelled, but tasted as well. Thoughts of umbrella drinks and white sandy beaches come to mind after each sip of this tasty concoction. Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, White Wheat and caramunich malts, then paired with Hallertau Blanc hops. Finally, 84 pounds of Soursop/Tangerine puree were added to make this beer complete. Semper Paratus Porter - 5.2% ABV, 38 IBU
SPP is a robust porter filled with the delicious flavors of roasted malt, toffee, and some may say a light coffee flavor at the back of the palate. It is a restrained beer with very low bitterness, no burnt astringency and goes perfectly with many different dishes. The name, Semper Paratus, comes from the Coast Guard motto, which is Latin for “Always Ready.”
UnderCurrant Dark Saison - 5.8% ABV, 22 IBU
Sometimes people go out and do the craziest of things like giving up a 27 year career to open a top notch bottle shop and taproom. So it was with longtime customer and North Jetty friend Dwayne Smallwood when he opened Bridge & Tunnel bottle shop and taproom. To honor that spirit of adventure we collaborated with Dwayne to bring you something truly different… a dark Saison! Brewed with a literal bevy of grains including Maris Otter, Vienna, Rye, Chocolate Rye, and Special B to name just a few. Willamette and EKG hops were used to provide balance. We weren’t done there though! This amazing brew was topped off with black currant for that added tart zing. So here’s to the dreamer in all of us, but a special toast to those who choose to make it a reality!
Yellow Boots Kolsch - 4.8% ABV, 25 IBU
